Quality Inn & Suites Bradford

It was fairly clean with exceptionally nice staff. The location in a nice safe area was exceptionally nice and there were chemist's and a supermarket nearby. I needed 10 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. Everything was simply brand-new.

Some of the staff were just terrible.

The location was suitable for accessing local attractions. I found it convenient to visit a few nearby spots . I also appreciated that coffee was available in the lobby during the evenings.

The disappointing experience began at check-in when no one was at the front desk. I had to call for assistance. The room lacked some of the expected amenities based on the price.

Breakfast ended to soon in the morning weekdays keep open till 10 AM

I really appreciated how easy it was to stroll to the Zippo / Case Museum, just a bit over a kilometer away, and there were plenty of great dining spots nearby, including Leo's Sub Shop just a short walk down the road. The hotel could improve its attention to maintaining the common areas.

everything with motel and breakfast was good .

motel pool area had a fire and could not get in pool area and that is why we had booked at location ,would want discount next time or will stay elsewhere

The shower handle fell off the first morning, so we were unable to shower and the second morning there was only cold water.

I didn't like that at 4.00 am they were knocking on the door and scared us to death. I wasn't about to open the door. I asked who is it but no one answered. I mentioned it at checkout and they said that there was a mixup and that they had registered me in one room but had given me keys to another room.

Staff friendly and helpful, but the breakfast selection lacks quality. Clean room, comfortable for one night stay. No pool available like advertised.

Distance was far from entrance, they accommodated us by moving us closer.

Beds were excellent! I NEVER have a good sleep on my first night anywhere, but I passed right out my first night on that comfy thing! Just sorry I slept in and missed the breakfast :)

Probably not the hotel's fault but the signage on the highway didn't indicate the street name (Elm) so we passed it by before we saw the Comfort Inn sign. We had to backtrack.

It would of been nice to have channel listings for TV and a little more of selection for breakfast.

Very comfortable, typical Comfort Inn amenities. Would stay here again.

Good for a little getaway

Spacious room, convenient location, with easy access to free parking and good breakfast options that certainly enhance the stay.
